Dear Families,

We hope this email finds you and your family in good health. We are currently seeing all WELL child visits in our office. We are also seeing “non-COVID” sick visits in the office and some others in our parking lot.

To help protect our patients and staff we have implemented some changes.

  • We ask that all parents and children ages 2 and above wear a mask to the appointment. All Staff will be wearing a mask.
  • To allow for social distancing between patients, please call our office when you get to the parking lot for the appointment. We are staggering appointments to have only one patient checking in at a time.
  • Upon arrival at our office, a nurse will greet you at our office door to take the temperature of you and your child, as well as provide you with hand sanitizer.
  • Only one parent may accompany the child to appointment. If that one parent needs additional assistance from a family member, we ask that they wait in their vehicle during the appointment.
  • We are pre-booking all future appointments. The nurse will provide you with the appointment card. If the appointment doesn’t work for your schedule, please call our office to reschedule.
  • Please notify our office by phone if you have any changes with insurance, address or phone number.
  • Please call our office ahead of time if you or any of your family members are experiencing any illness, such as, fever, cough, congestion, diarrhea or sore throat and we are happy to reschedule.

We are also providing a secure TELEMEDICINE option for patients unable to come into the office. Please call our office at (978) 256-2828 to schedule a telemedicine visit with your doctor via Doximity.
